Alerting for plants, set up rather than installed
Plants keep running when nobody is sitting next to them. When a fault occurs, the message has to reach the right person – at night, at the weekend, on call. Informant takes over this plant alerting in industrial environments and has been in use at customers for years.
Informant is not software to download and install yourself: which channels, which connections to the PLC or control system and which escalation your plant needs, we clarify in a conversation and set up the alerting together with you.
